I am honored to see clients face-to-face in my Morgan Hill office. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been in the mental health field for over 16 years. I specialize in helping tweens, teens, and young adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and adjustment, as well as family conflict and loss. Therapy may be a daunting experience, so my goal is to make the experience a comfortable one. I will guide and work collaboratively with you and your teen to ensure you have all the support and the necessary tools to decrease the symptoms affecting your child’s well-being.
I strive to develop a deep, strong mutual understanding and will teach your teen how to address the struggles they are currently facing. My ultimate goal is to help empower your teen's inner voice to identify their strengths, thoughts and feelings, and to utilize them to improve their overall mental health.
