Hey, I'm Talia! Wherever you are right now is a valid place to begin. Therapy is both a space to make sense of what's happening inside you and a place to build real skills for the life you're trying to create. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, life transitions, and identity exploration, including LGBTQ+ experiences and neurodivergence. I see you as a whole person. My approach is grounded in emotion-focused treatments including CBT and DBT, staying affirming, genuine, and authentic while gently challenging the patterns keeping you stuck.
A lot of my clients have been managing alone, appearing fine on the outside while something still feels off. Some are children whose intensities have been misunderstood or mislabeled. Many are holding multiple identities, LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, twice exceptional, and have spent years in spaces that only saw part of them. All of it is welcome here.
Our work might include communication skills, self-soothing techniques, and coping tools shaped around how your brain actually works. I'm here to walk alongside you in that process.
