I am trained in Individual Family Systems (IFS) therapy, psychodynamic therapy as well as goal oriented treatment which will allow us to customize your therapy to meet your individual needs. I will help guide you to help yourself with whatever you would like to focus on.

For over 25 years I have been helping adults, adolescents and children improve the quality of their lives. In addition to my Cedarhurst office, I also offer virtual therapy sessions. I look forward to working together with you so you can live a great and fulfilling life!
