About
If you are reading this, you are looking to make changes in your life. The three areas where I can help you make the changes you are looking for, even if you do not yet know the specifics yourself, are changing how you feel, changing specific behaviors, and changing patterns of thought. I like to work quickly and honestly, but I will tailor your therapy to your individual needs. What this means is that you will be given a safe and judgment free space in which to examine and execute the changes that will lead to a happier and more enjoyable life.
I have experience with a diverse group of issues including: grief, anxiety, depression, and loss of identity, marital/relationship issues, and disruptive life changes. I use an eclectic approach, which is client-centered and strength-based in its foundation.
I bring empathy, a culturally diverse upbringing, and a breadth of life experience to every session with the belief that you have valuable innate resources to help yourself. I will be honored to accompany you on this exciting journey of self-discovery and change.
