I work with people of all ages; I like to say that adults remind me to see children for their genius and treat them like they're people, and kids inspire me to bring playfulness and creativity into my work with adults.

I operate from a Narrative Therapy worldview, meaning I view you as the author of your own life. I view you as shaped by your stories and experiences, and see the problems you face as separate from your identity. Therapy isn’t one-size fits all, and my additional training in EMDR, IFS, and TF-CBT allows me to customize my approach to what works best for you.
