A deep curiosity for why we all act and think the way we do coupled with my own life’s challenges and experiences has led me to a place of compassion for not only my own life choices, but compassion for others. Our thoughts lead to feelings, which leads to action. We are not always proud of our actions. I treat the whole person using a solution focused and cognitive behavioral approach incorporating mindfulness based therapeutic techniques specializing primarily in trauma as well as grief and loss. I also treat emotional disturbances: anxiety, depression, life transitions, and significant stressful events. Here you are HEALED & made WHOLE to TAKE FLIGHT!
In your initial visit I want to know what you hope to gain from working with me. If this is hard to identify, that is OK, we will start there! We will then identify what you recognize is and isn’t working well for you in your life. With that information we will create a game plan to help you TAKE FLIGHT on the goals and dreams you have for your life!
