I help individuals and couples navigate anxiety, intimacy concerns, and life transitions while reconnecting with themselves. My approach is collaborative and direct. I take time to understand how my clients have been navigating their lives so we can identify patterns, challenge limiting perspectives, and create meaningful change. I approach sex therapy from a relational and emotional perspective. Intimacy isn’t just physical. It’s connected to our thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationships. My role is to help clients explore intimacy without shame and figure out what connection and sexuality look like for them.
My goal is to create a respectful, grounded space where individuals and couples can explore themselves and intimacy without shame. Rather than assuming there is one “right” way to experience sexuality and life , therapy allows clients to better understand themselves and define what connection, intimacy and living look like for them.
