We'll explore beyond what you already know intellectually, connecting with your thoughts, feelings, and body through curiosity, radical acceptance, and compassion. No judgment, no pretending, just room to be you.
I bring a blend of perspectives, with a focus on unconditional acceptance through person-centered therapy and REBT. Together, we'll explore how your thoughts and feelings show up in your body, while learning to both "sit with" and regulate those experiences. Our work will be guided by your goals, strengths, and who you desire to grow into.
I love working with clients across the lifespan, especially folks who are Black, Hispanic, Afro-Caribbean, African, queer, gender-expansive, neurodivergent, or chronically ill.
