Our clinicians specialize in challenges related to trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, grief, relationship issues, stress management, cultural injustice, and so much more! Our preferred treatment modalities include Brainspotting, EMDR, Person Centered, Strengths Based and other talk based therapies!

We are truly committed to our clients. Using evidence based interventions, you can be assured of our approach of being discrete, non-judgmental, and compassionate. Our goal is not to 'fix' you, but instead provide you with tools to reach maximum healing! Open mindedness is important to meeting your individual and/or complex needs. We'd love to work with you!

Each therapist on the team has their own approach but in general as a practice we combine talk based and somatic/body based work into treatment. We believe you cannot always 'think away' your problems. For maximium healing, you have to FEEL your experience and that is why we use somatic based interventions. I know it sounds intimidating but your therapist will support you in this!
