My name is Taylor Ballard, and I am located in Lubbock, Tx. I have primarily worked with teens, and young adults. I can provide individual or family therapy depending on the presenting problem. I have worked with families and individuals who present with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief/loss, behavioral issues, and self-harm. My usual modes of therapy include Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy. I have also been trained in many other systemic approaches.
My goal for each client is to help them identify and use their strengths to navigate difficulties in life. Empathy, transparency, and safety in the therapeutic space are essential for exploring growth and healing. I believe it is important to look at healing through a holistic and systemic lens.
Therapy is a place for anyone to explore who they are and how to cope with the ups and downs that life provides.
