In my practice, I partner with you to create a safe, empowering space and utilize a trauma-informed and client-centered approach to support you in deepening self-awareness, building internal support, and processing difficult life experiences. I strive to guide you back to connection with yourself, your community, and your environment.
I individuals who are moving through life transitions, experiencing anxiety, and have been impacted by trauma. I tailor my frameworks/modalities to meet individual needs and goals and typically integrate mindfulness, DBT, IFS, and EMDR. In my work with young children, I utilize play therapy.
I am passionate about decolonizing mental health and deeply enjoy working with BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities. I also have experience working with Indigenous communities and welcome the integration of traditional healing methods.
