I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Colorado and New Mexico with a certification in EMDR. (At the moment only taking insurance for Colorado). With over eight years of experience, I have assisted clients dealing with various challenges and life stressors, such as trauma, depression, and anxiety.
