My counseling practice integrates physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through connection to body, mind, spirit and nature. I find inspiration in blending mindful and embodiment practices with transpersonal, existential, neuroscience, internal family systems approaches in my client-centered work empowering you with inner safety and agency.
Previous professional experience includes a 20-year long creative design career in large corporations including Nike, entrepreneurial small start-ups and self-employed independent consulting. In my free time you’ll find me in enjoying motorcycle adventure touring in the Rocky Mountains, knitting, designing jewelry, gardening, and hanging out with my cat.
