Are you performing, perfecting, and pleasing? (from the wisdom of Brene Brown)? Stressed by trying to meet the expectations of others? Overwhelmed by the loud inner critic voice that says you are not good enough? Are these causing challenges in your relationships? Do you find safety in food, alcohol, people? Tell me your story. As your therapist my job is to help you discover the answers to the why and create the solutions for the now.

I work as a guide using action oriented techniques to help work through past unresolved conflicts and shame that has led to the co-dependent behaviors. Through action one goes through the pain to access the resolutions that will lead to a life of satisfaction in relationships with yourself, others, and your recovery. We face the root of the issue together.

Although my practice focuses on working with addiction, codependency, disordered eating, trauma, and relationships I do see couples and families in recovery and other issues. Work with me is always invitational and a safe place for engagement is my priority. My practice focuses on getting the whole person into a healthier space.
