Many of the people I work with are carrying experiences that have shaped how they relate to their bodies, sexuality, relationships, and themselves. You may be healing from sexual trauma recovery, struggling with intimacy or desire, navigating grief or life transitions, or noticing old childhood and relational patterns showing up in your adult life. You may understand what is happening intellectually but still feel disconnected, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can become a space to understand those patterns while creating a different relationship with yourself, your body, and the people you love.

My approach is integrative, experiential, relational, and body-aware. I specialize in sexual trauma recovery, intimacy, grief, inner-child work, and relationship concerns. Together, we explore emotions, embodied responses, and relational patterns in a sex-positive, affirming space for individuals and couples.

You do not need to arrive in therapy knowing exactly what needs to change. Sometimes you simply know that something no longer feels right. Our work begins there. Together, we can slow down enough to understand what your experiences have taught you about safety, connection, pleasure, intimacy, and yourself—and support you in building a life and relationships
