I hold a Masters of Social Work degree from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. I am licensed in clinical social work, alcohol and drug counseling, and certified in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I am a firm believer that every problem has a solution, and the answer to all life questions exist within you. I will partner with you, as a professional guide, along your journey of self discovery and healing.
I work from an inside-out approach that is trauma-informed and solution focused. I empower individuals and families to refine the quality of their relationships, with self and others, by increasing their awareness, enhancing communication, and developing social-emotional management skills, so they can experience less stress and enjoy a peace of mind.
