I work with those struggling with body image, poor relationship with food, depression, anxiety, adjusting to life in pregnancy and postpartum, fertility struggles. We all need a little help finding balance again when the waters get a little too rough.
I am currently seeking advanced certifications so I can competently work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, fertility issues, and eating disorders. I am PSI certified and under supervision for Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Certification.
Healing and recovery are difficult to endure. Often our pain and journey of healing aren't always visible. Depression, anxiety, life events- they are heavy. In my office you can set them down for a little while and pick them up when you're ready.
