About
Everyone’s story matters, and I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own. I want to help you understand your story and achieve whatever goals or changes you are looking to make.
I have experience working with young adults and teens experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, disruptive behaviors and relationship challenges.
My clinical vision is to ensure my office atmosphere is a safe, non-judgmental space and I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for the clients I serve, while promoting a safe space for healing. Seeing a therapist can be intimidating, but I hope you will take a moment to see how I can help.
