I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate difficult life experiences and cultivate happier, healthier lives. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer Brainspotting. This powerful and targeted approach can effectively alleviate stress and trauma by addressing aspects of trauma stored in areas of the brain and body that are often difficult to access through other forms of therapy.
