I understand that starting the therapy process can be daunting. My approach is to choose from several different modalities to find the right "fit" for each person. This might mean focusing on one type of therapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) or employing several different types of therapy to provide you with the most helpful experience.
