Hello, I’m Donna Paloy, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Florida with over 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and life transitions. My approach blends evidence-based therapy with mindfulness, creative expression, and body-centered awareness to support healing of both mind and spirit.
