Let's face it, life can suck sometimes and it's even worse when your mental or emotional health is struggling. I help clients just like you restore their marriage, improve emotional well-being, and come alongside you as you address scary issues like crippling anxiety and OCD.
I specialize in working with Christians, utilizing Focus on the Family's Restoring Hope with most of my clients, both individuals and couples. I also offer therapy for OCD and am one of the few using Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT) to treat it. I love to have fun in sessions and truly getting to know my clients.
As a Christian marriage counselor I know there can be a lot of shame within the Christian community over the need to reach out for help. Let me assure you that you can come as you are.
