My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT. I also integrate Somatic and Narrative Therapy interventions, among others, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s needs.
At the foundation of my work is the scripture Galatians 6:2: “Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals through life’s challenges, with the belief that we were never meant to carry life’s heaviness alone.
