I’m Tabitha Simpson, LCSW, founder of Healing Roots Therapy Services, and I believe therapy works best when you get to show up exactly as you are. I use CBT, DBT, mindfulness, EMDR and trauma-informed care. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, perinatal/postpartum mental health, and women navigating identity and life transitions.
