In my sessions I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions and experiences. My approach is empathetic and client-centered, focusing on guiding clients towards their goals while also providing the necessary encouragement and push when avoidance hinders progress. I love working with couples, adults, and older teens, using a variety of therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual's needs.
For couples, I utilize the Gottman Method (Level 1 & 2), which emphasizes strengthening relationships through improved communication and understanding. For other concerns, I integrate different therapeutic techniques to find what works best for each client.
Transparency and collaboration are key components of my practice. I ensure that my clients understand the therapeutic process, and together, we explore and discover the most effective strategies for their healing. I believe that everyone has the potential to heal in time, and my role is to support that process.
