Do you worry? Do you struggle to control anxiety? In this one hour class, I will go over the most successful cognitive behavioral, relaxation, and mindfulness strategies for managing anxiety. This class is 30 dollars per person and is held on Monday nighst at 7pm. The class will be joined via a ZOOM link sent to your email.
