In our first sessions, I will listen closely to your story, needs, and goals. We will build a plan together to meet your needs and goals.

Together we will create a clear plan that fits you. Depending on what is the most helpful, we might draw from Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Trust-Based Relational Interventions. The goal is practical change: reducing stress, improving relationships and well-being, and feeling more grounded, hopeful, and happy.
