I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Professional Yoga Therapist. I am a holistic psychotherapist here to help you find contentment in painful moments and heal emotional wounds keeping you from living joyfully. Together, we will utilize mindfulness practices to focus on internal thoughts, feelings, and becoming grounded. This will allow you to better manage your feelings, make better choices, think fewer negative thoughts, communicate more easily, and react to stress more mindfully.
I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness based practices, and yoga therapy. I earned a Master's in Social Work from ASU in 2005 and have over 20 years of clinical experience, as well as, have a certification in Professional Yoga Therapy and Certified Grief Informed Professional.
My specialties include the treatment of anxiety, depression, and grief with individuals of all ages, including: adults, children, adolescents and teenagers.
