With more than 16 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help clients better understand themselves, build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered as we work toward greater confidence, healing, and emotional well-being.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I tailor therapy to each individual's unique needs and use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Art Therapy. Together, we'll work toward lasting growth and healing.
