I am passionate about exploring the complex issues of life, love, and loss in their many forms. My approach is warm and non-judgmental, providing a confidential space for clients to navigate life's complexities. Believing that struggle should not carry stigma, I recognize that we are all multifaceted and continually “becoming.” My practice incorporates a trauma-informed approach as I help clients face life's changes with compassion, bravery, and acceptance, addressing a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, religious and spiritual exploration, and relational and family dynamics.

For some, counseling may be a relief, while for others, it may present internal barriers to sharing their experiences. I am dedicated to supporting those who may be hesitant to seek counseling and those who are eager to begin, and I hope to meet all clients just where they are.

I see young adults to seniors, and I'm committed to walking alongside all clients on their unique paths toward healing, wholeness and self-discovery.
