My approach to therapy may be different than many other providers. I believe that you probably know what works best for you, but that there is something that is stopping you from doing what you want to be doing. I get it, we all get there sometimes. I've been in the therapy field for almost 10 years. I have helped in numerous community mental health agencies. I find that help those who are being deeply impacted by their mental health is where I want to be. I find it most enjoyable, helping others to find success. Build healthier supports and continue to thrive.

I served in the United States Navy from 2005-2011. I want my focus to be on giving back to those who have served in the past and continue to experience issues as a result of their time in the military. The transition to civilian is not an easy one and is something that many people struggle with for years.
