About
I am accepting new clients! I work with individuals, children, and families who may be experiencing stress, feeling disconnected in their relationships, or facing challenges within their family. These and other similar life challenges can be very uncomfortable experiences and difficult to manage alone. Together, we can develop effective skills to manage stressful thoughts and feelings, increase self-awareness, and simply enjoy relationships with those most important in your life.
I offer a warm space to share, connect, and grow. The primary ways I will support you and/or your family’s goals are through empathic connection, relationship building, and in some cases problem solving. I have specialized experience with attachment and play based treatment models.
My hope for all of my clients is to feel seen, heard, and renewed. I hope to hear from you to learn more about you and/or your family. Not only about the challenges, but about your strengths as well, so that we can build more joy and satisfaction into your life.
