I have a passion for helping people in all capacities and I love how the therapeutic process can help people get through some of the toughest moments in their lives. I believe my role as a therapist is to walk with you and support you in navigating through life in ways that align with your personal values. In therapy, we are on the journey together and I believe in providing a safe and holistic healing experience. I have experience working with college students, adults, military/police, people experiencing infertility, LGBTQ+, & transgender and transitioning individuals.
I utilize a trauma informed, strengths-based, and person-centered therapeutic approach; as well as motivational interviewing, mindfulness, Adlerian, acceptance and commitment, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I collaborate with each client to incorporate aspects from a variety of therapeutic techniques to ensure they have an individualized plan.
You can expect a laid back, judgement-free environment where we will work on the tough topics just as much as we laugh. I also have a therapy dog, Enzo, that joins us most days.
