I’m deeply passionate about helping people navigate life’s most challenging moments. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and my role is to walk alongside you with compassion, support, and respect for your values. Together, we work toward healing in a way that feels safe, holistic, and aligned with who you are. I have experience supporting teens, college students, adults, first responders and veterans, individuals facing infertility, and LGBTQ+ and transgender or transitioning individuals.
I take a collaborative, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach, working closely with you to build an individualized plan that fits your needs, values, and goals. By thoughtfully integrating mindfulness, IFS, CPT, ACT, and CBT, I adapt therapy to support your unique healing process.
You can expect a laid-back, judgment-free space where we explore difficult topics while also making room for humor, warmth, and connection. My therapy dog, Enzo, joins most sessions.
