I am a Christian Therapist who believes that every life has value and everyone deserves to find their "happy" place. I have over 8 years experience working with individuals from all walks of life. As a graduate of City University of Seattle, I specializing in adult and childhood trauma providing clients opportunities to reclaim their lives. I also assist clients who may be suffering from the following issues: cultural & life transitions such as relocation and new employment/geo-cultural adjustments, grief & loss, depression, anxiety, and stress management.
I use Solution Based Therapy (SBT) to assist clients in finding solutions in the present. Taking into consideration environmental, psychological, sociological, and spiritual identity. All while providing therapeutic support, feedback, encouragement, and life coaching to assist clients in implementing change while dealing with life's transitions.
I have worked as a therapist and social worker in a variety of settings including government, non-profit, and K-12 ; with families of all ages backgrounds, religions, and cultural groups. My experience in these different settings gives me a more in-depth understanding of marginalized populations.
