I am a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 8 years of experience. I help adolescents and adults work through anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and life transitions. I provide tools, healing, and a safe space to grow at your own pace toward balance and lasting change.
