In my clinical practice, I seek to provide a safe and brave space for wellness inclusive of individual culture, spirituality and identity. I am trained in EMDR (light bar and sensory approach), Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Relational Cultural, Feminist, Solution Focused, Mindfulness, Suicide Intervention and Acceptance and Commitment treatment modalities. I provide a patient-centered client-tailored approach.
Psychological conflict can emerge through cultural disruption, social injustice, and historical trauma. I support a client's treatment goals and objectives through honest examination of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors without judgement.
