I provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and EMDR intensives which involve sessions that are 3 hours or longer, occurring on consecutive days or weeks for accelerated progress. My clients have lives that look great from the outside, but inside they’re hurting. They’ve learned to hide their pain and soldier on. They appear successful, strong, and confident, but in their vulnerable moments, feel alone, inadequate, unlovable, or unworthy. Some clients have large wounds, and some have a million paper cuts through life that shape how they perceive themselves, the world and how they react to others.
I offer an intensive model rather than the traditional weekly 50 minute sessions because I have found that longer, uninterrupted sessions are more effective and efficient. The addition of ketamine to my sessions has proven to be an extremely powerful tool in breaking down barriers, creating new insight, re-wiring ingrained patterns, and resolving trauma.
