I know I do not succeed unless you do. There are ways to deal with stress, heal from trauma, readjust our underlying beliefs, and move on, thrive, living a life we can value and find worthwhile.
I know that particular methods do not work for everyone. I individualize approaches. A person who trusts me & commits to do the work, is helped to identify traumas, unhelpful habits, beliefs, or blind spots, & either heal them or use them as stepping stones, to a life he/she can value, and may not even initially believe is possible.
I know I do not succeed unless you do. Mindfulness is more than a fad. Research is consistently showing it is effective treating anxiety and depression, and improving Executive Functioning of our Central Nervous Systems. I also offer psychological sessions on a community farm and on wild forest land; inquire if interested.
