Life can throw all forms of curveballs at us that we cannot control, where we sit and wonder what is going on. In life we get to a point where we stand up and say, I cannot do this alone. I offer therapy services to adolescents, individuals, and families who may be experiencing family conflict, behavioral challenges, and trauma related issues. I also provide therapy to women dealing with depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, and the navigation of life stressors. Where I utilize a strength-based, family centered, and person centered approach.
I am here to walk alongside you on your journey and know that I will not allow you to walk alone. As I work with my clients we will focus on interventions and coping skills that will best aid each person as an individual.
