Life can be beautiful and wonderful, but unpredictable and messy too. Sometimes we need help to gain perspective and insight in order to address what’s not working and make the necessary changes. I believe people are incredibly resilient and have great capacity to make the changes that can help them create the life they want.
I work with individuals and couples to address symptoms of depression, anxiety, ADHD, & other mood disorders. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and work with those needing eating disorder recovery. I have over 15 years of experience in grief, loss, & bereavement counseling and I specialize in non-religious support interventions for all clients.
In addition to clinical education & experience, I have also lived a lot of life! I've been married, divorced, raised 3 (now adult) children, enjoyed deep friendships, and felt the sting of loss. My counseling is integrative, strengths-based, & person-centered. I utilize research supported & evidence based therapies & I would be honored to partner with you.
