Welcome, I’m Symone! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in helping individuals navigate life’s toughest challenges. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow and heal. With a background in acute psychiatric care, community mental health centers, and private practice, I specialize in supporting individuals with serious mental illness, depression, anxiety, family relational conflict, suicidal ideation, teen stressors, grief, and other life stressors. I aim to bring a comprehensive and compassionate perspective to my work.
I work with individuals aged 5 and up, and my approach is grounded in helping people develop healthy coping skills, find joy in life, and become the best versions of themselves. My goal is to empower my clients with the tools they need to handle difficult emotions, improve relationship and live a fulfilling life.
My therapeutic approach is tailored to each individual, combining evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness practices.
