I specialize in working with those who struggle with anxiety disorder, mood disorder, low self esteem, suicidal thoughts, aggression, substance use, personality disorder and psychosis. I use a combination of self reflection and skills building to help you align with your core values and reduce unwanted behaviors or emotions.
