No matter how hard things are for you right now, I am confident that I can help you on your healing journey. I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship distress. I also work with clients who have schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. I love working with all adults, including veterans and senior citizens. The treatment modalities I use include: Mindful Self-Compassion, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
I came to the United States as a refugee from Poland during the cold war. During my first few years in America, I lived in abject poverty and experienced a variety of traumatic events. These experiences led me to develop empathy for all who suffer. After a long healing journey of my own, I decided to become a therapist to help others.
