If you’ve been carrying too much on your own, you don’t have to keep doing it alone. I help adults work through anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and mood challenges using practical, evidence-based therapy. Many clients start feeling relief early as we work together ERP, EMDR, ART, CBT, and DBT in a warm, steady, structured way.
I came to the United States as a refugee from Poland during the cold war. During my first few years in America, I lived in abject poverty and experienced a variety of traumatic events. These experiences led me to develop empathy for all who suffer. After a long healing journey of my own, I decided to become a therapist to help others.
