I specialize in people who've been told they feel "too much." Typically healers, therapists, and those who make/love art. If you've been in trauma recovery but your progress has stalled, or you feel ready for deeper, lasting healing, Internal Family Systems (IFS) can be a great modality. I also have a talent for caring for exhausted anxious perfectionists. As a Certified IFS Therapist (L3), I sensitively work with your system and get to know your parts, gently help you befriend your inner world and gain access to your wisdom. My gift is offering short-term relief and long term healing in parallel. You deserve joy, rest, and hope.

I will support your courage and applaud your growing authenticity. We can explore how early wounds shape today's strategies, how to be less reactive, how to lead your inner world instead of fighting with it, and be more playful. In addition to talk therapy, I use the felt sense, and somatic IFS.

You are the greatest expert in yourself and my practice is focused on respect and consent. Kindness, compassion, and curiosity guide my work. I warmly welcome those who may be leery of therapists: LGBTQIA+, immigrants, global majority clients. She/he pronouns.
