About
If you feel stuck -- whether it's the loneliness of an unfulfilling relationship, the dark hole of depression, or the bewilderment of grief -- I would welcome the chance to connect with you. In my fifteen years of practice, I have helped clients to emerge renewed from some of life's hardest places.
My approach to therapy, both with individuals and couples, emphasizes empathic attunement and active listening. I will show up for you fully, with warmth, caring and openness. Together, we will challenge beliefs that are holding you back, deepen your understanding of yourself, and help you to develop practical tools to address your needs.
I know how hard it is to take that first step. But I have seen the powerful impacts therapy has had on my clients' lives, and I would welcome the chance to help you find healing and wholeness. I offer both in-person and video therapy sessions.
