As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Anger Resolution Therapist, I work with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families. Some issues I may be able to help with include: adjustments in life, life traumas, anger management, stress management, behavioral issues, family conflicts and relational problems.
My approach to effective counseling consists of applying cognitive therapy. Cognitive therapy--"focuses on exploring the relationship between a person's thoughts, feelings and behavior reactions". By addressing these patterns, one can develop constructive ways of thinking, which will produce healthier behaviors and beliefs.
