I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma-informed therapy for young adults and adults navigating anxiety, relationship patterns, and the lasting effects of trauma. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in evidence-based practices like EMDR, parts work (IFS), and CBT. I help clients understand the patterns that keep them stuck so they can move toward greater emotional safety, clarity, and connection.
The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your current concerns, relevant life experiences, and what you hope to gain from the process.
I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, stress, or relationship challenges. You’re also welcome to ask questions about my approach and how therapy works.
