When your body has been through more than most people can see, it can be hard to feel understood, even by the people who are trying to help. If you're living with chronic illness, healing from a traumatic birth, or navigating postpartum anxiety or depression, you may be exhausted from managing symptoms, appointments, and trying to explain an experience that others don't fully understand. You don't have to prove how much you're struggling or figure everything out on your own.
I bring lived experience with chronic illness and medical trauma, along with specialized clinical training in perinatal mental health. I work with people navigating autoimmune and GI conditions, chronic pain, fatigue, birth trauma, and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders. I'm also an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider.
Therapy shouldn't feel like another medical appointment. I want therapy to be a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and talk honestly without judgment.
