As a mental health therapist, I help my clients achieve their goals by employing a holistic and integrative approach. I have a one-size-fits-all approach and prefer to use an individualized approach with my clients in order to meet their needs. I only use evidence-based approaches with my clients, which include TF-CBT, EFT, CBT, SFT, attachment-based theory, and psychodynamic therapy.
I've worked with individuals from all walks of life. This includes conditions such as ADHD/ADD, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and substance use disorders. I also specialize in helping children navigate behavioral problems, conduct and oppositional defiant disorders, school issues, and other children's issues.
My communication style consists of being attentive, non-judgmental, warm, and providing unconditional positive regard to make sure you feel seen and heard.
