I also have extensive experience supporting individuals and couples healing from the impact of trauma and addiction.
I’m trilingual in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. I offer a culturally sensitive, strengths-based approach tailored to your unique experiences and values. When requested, I can also integrate Christian faith into therapy. My clinical training includes evidence-based methods such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and EMDR for trauma.
